Just When You Thought It Was Safe....

Watch the video
Maybe it's just me....am I the only one who can't go shopping without it turning into an opportunity for frustration?? At the end of this transaction, the cashier said to me "I know it's a little incovenient to do it this way." And I said "Yeah, for the CUSTOMER!"

In my town Staples and Wal*Mart (as well as Futureshop) are located directly beside one another. I believe they construct those buildings to contain a small part of the worlds stupidity...otherwise we would be overrun.

That was a great ending. Too bad that things get so over complicated sometimes. Customer service too often goes out the back door for the sake of keeping policy at times. Oh well may you have a better shopping experience next time.

Did the cashier ask the manager for "the key"? That always amuses me. Every time they have a problem, they need "the key".

Hey Carl! That cracked me up about the "key". Maybe if they had had "the key", they could have voided the sale and given me the credit. Sheesh! I think the easy button has made "the key" obsolete.
